A delightful four-bedroom villa, situated in the quiet El Chaparral Urbanisation near to La Cala town. Artorela is an ideal haven for everyone whether they are seeking rest and relaxation, or prefer a more active holiday. There is a small supermarket nearby and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops within 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Only 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport, just ten minutes drive into the town of Marbella and fifteen minutes walk to the beach.
On the first level there is a brand new kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Large bright and well-furnished lounge/diner with satellite TV. On this level there is a double bedroom and twin bedroom both with en-suites. On the ground level there is another double bedroom with double bed and bed/settee, again with an en-suite and a small bedroom with bunk beds and a full bathroom. Steps lead down to a garden with large pool with roman steps and a bbq. Large terrace overlooking the private pool.

It is situated at only a thirty minute drive from Malaga International Airport and Malaga City itself. It is within easy reach of Ronda, Gibraltar and Antequera and only a two hour drive from important Spanish cities such as Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz and Seville.
