Property Description

Tastefully furnished and decorated this spacious villa surrounded by lovely private gardens is situated in the peaceful area of Las Chapas but close to supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants and the beach just 10 minutes walk away.
On the ground floor it has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker/hob and washing machine and microwave. Dining room with table and chairs for 8 and very large lounge with Sat TV, video, stereo, dvd and wood burner. Air-conditioning throughout. Patio doors from the dining area lead on to covered terrace with large table and chairs, well established gardens with built in barbeque and large swimming pool and a full size table tennis table. Spiral stairs on the outside lead up to many terraces, with wonderful views over sea and mountains. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with full bathroom and a cloakroom with WC and wash-basin. From the large hallway, stairs lead up to a double bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes, a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom. The nearby Port of Cabopino is just 15 minutes walk away with many restaurants and bars and so is Elviria with the famous Don Carlos night club. There are 20 golf courses in the area and several tennis clubs. The town of Marbella is just 10 minutes drive away and Puerto Banus - 15 minutes. Internet access is available at £20.00 per week. There are also two z beds for extra people and cot and high chair.

Patate is situated on the quiet Marbessa Estate between Elivia and Cabopino where there are many nice restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Cabopino has a lovely Marina with restaurants that you can walk to on the sandy beach or on a roadside path. Marbella-This thriving town rests on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. It is a privileged location both geographically and for its climate. It is situated at only a thirty minute drive from Malaga International Airport and Malaga City itself. It is within easy reach of Ronda, Gibraltar and Antequera and only a two hour drive from important Spanish cities such as Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz and Seville. This Mediterranean wonder contains so many contrasts, such as mountains and sea, village and town, work and play. These contrasts make everyone feel at home. No-one is a stranger here. Luxury and austerity, business and pleasure, the modern and the old all walk hand-in –hand making Marbella an exceptional place. Open, cosmopolitan and awaiting your visit. Marbella has hosted numerous world tennis, nautical and golfing tournaments. To some it is known as golfers paradise. At present there are over 40 golf courses within a forty minute drive and nearly two thirds of these are within fifteen minutes of Puerto Banus.

"Just back from a really relaxing holiday at Villa Patate. We were so impressed that we have already booked for next year!"

"This villa is in a very safe and secure location at the top of the Urbanizacion. A few trees surround the property but do not block the light as they have been trimmed back. Even though the villa is close to the dual carriageway there is little or no traffic noise.
The villa is bright, clean and spacious. The sofas and armchairs in the living area are comfortable and all the beds are large and very comfortable.
The garden is out of this world and it’s just a question of following the sun to the loungers which are cleverly placed to catch the rays all day. There are also ample shady areas if the sun becomes too much! There are also spacious sun terraces up the outside staircase.
The covered-in dining area outside is wonderful and we listened to the birdsong and watched the butterflies chase each other as we had our food and drinks.
Nearby are some good local restaurants, El Cortijo being our favourite, great food, great prices!
The supermarket is a short walk away and another bigger supermarket a short drive by car.

All in all this was a real home from home experience, a 5 star villa!"

Maggie & Courtney were very helpful and we did suggest that maybe they put a trolley on wheels in the villa for people to use when walking to the supermarket to carry heavy things such as the essentials water and beers!!!
