There are extensive terraces and three fully equipped dining areas. The views in every direction are breathtaking. The unspoilt town of Nerja with its beaches and restaurants is a 15 minute drive away. Other beaches are closer. Casa La BuenaVida is fully Centrally heated and is therefore ideal for year round holidays. The entrance hall leads into the large open plan lounge/diner with satellite TV, video, DVD and fireplace. There are three bedrooms on this level, (two double, one twin) and three bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with, oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Outside, there are extensive covered and open terraces and BBQ with breathtaking views in all directions. Stairs from the lounge go down to a second living area with TV/video, two bedrooms, (one double four poster bed, one twin), bathroom, games room with full size pool table. Doors lead out onto the swimming pool terrace with panoramic views to the sea and mountains. Casa La BuenaVida is fully central heated and is therefore ideal for year round holidays. The town of Nerja with its beaches and restaurants are a fifteen-minute drive away. Car hire is essential.

Location Information
A key feature of Casa La BuenaVida is its unique position giving truly spectacular panoramic views in all directions from its hillside location. To access the property, it is necessary to leave the main road and travel up along a two kilometre hillside road which serves other properties along the way and although concreted, is very steep and winding in places. We recommend vehicles of no less than 1.6cc engine Having said this, we have guests of all ages coming back year after year who appreciate that the journey up and down is well worth it for the quality of the villa, it's location and some of the best views over the sea, mountains and the lovely old town of Nerja. Nerja is on the seashore some 50 kilometres from Malaga on the N340 coastal highway, and marks the eastern tip of Malaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000. Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Flanked by a dramatic mountain range, Sierra Almijara, to the east, the town has, fortunately, managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums, on which a canary can sometimes be heard singing...
